Proven capability in Safety Management Systems (SMS), QMS, Risk Management, Operations, Organisational Transformation, Regulatory Compliance, and complex Stakeholder Engagement.

Former CEO of a National Aviation Regulator (CASA), Senior Airline Operations Executive - General Manager Operations for Cathay Pacific Airways (CX), Chief Pilot - Boeing (CX), RAAF Fighter Combat Instructor, and ICAO Subject Matter Expert, with over 35 years International Experience, advising Sovereign Governments worldwide. Leads and directs National Aviation System Reforms, Regulatory Compliance and Organisational Transformation Initiatives.

Personally advised governments including Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and Papua New Guinea on National Aviation Safety Plans, Regulatory Separation, Organisational Transformation and Governance Reform.
